The unique Sculpture Park is located directly behind the Art Museum and was designed and created by the architect and universal artist Prof. Makis Warlamis and his wife, sculptor Mag. Heide Warlamis. The vast environment of the park with its large statues offers the opportunity to admire the mysterious stone spaces with an impressive open-air theater, the Marian Chapel and the columns that tower into the sky. In summer, the park is used for activities for children, youth and adults, including interactive tours, various creative projects, workshops and also baking bread in the Makis-Miro outdoor oven. Fascinating poetic texts enrich and complement the whole experience.
