The castle park in Rájec nad Svitavou with its area of ​​13 hectares surrounds the castle from three sides. The present appearance of the park was rendered around 1770 at the same time as the construction of the new chateau. It is a free natural landscape layout finished with the main meadow and a pond. This park was intended not only to entertain but also to educate and bring people back to nature. Below the park is the castle gardening, which houses a unique collection of camellias.

When exploring a field of approximately 3 hectares, you can relax on the sun loungers right in the heart of this farm and soak up the intoxicating scent and tranquility.

The garden is situated in the Waldviertel landscape, structured in small areas, in the "Gföhlerwald" area at an altitude of 579 m. Around 1600, woodcutters and charcoals began to settle here, before that there was an unpopulated closed forest area. Collection of peonies (approx. 70 pcs), several hundred kinds of flowering hardy perennials, bulbous and tuber crops, fruit, vegetables, berry bushes, herbs, hedgerow, historical roses, greenhouse, natural lake, flower meadow. The area of ​​the garden is about 10 000 m².
